General Terms and Conditions of Doktorhaus GmbH
§ 1 Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) apply to all services offered by Doktorhaus GmbH (“Doktorhaus”). The services comprise the provision of contacts and information on financial products and services by Doktorhaus acting solely as an introducer.
§ 2 Services
Doktorhaus supplies information and establishes contact with providers of financial products and services exclusively in its role as an introducer.
Doktorhaus undertakes to examine all information with due care and to refer only to reliable and reputable sources and providers. Nevertheless, it accepts no responsibility for possible errors.
§ 3 Exclusion of Liability
Doktorhaus is not the provider of the financial products and services arranged and assumes no liability for the quality, completeness, reliability, suitability or timeliness of products and services supplied by third parties.
Contracts for financial products and services are concluded solely between the user of Doktorhaus’s services and the respective provider. Doktorhaus is not a party to such contracts.
Doktorhaus is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the arranged products or services. This includes, without limitation, liability for acts, omissions or misconduct on the part of third-party providers.
§ 4 Statements on Products and Services
Doktorhaus may occasionally express opinions or assessments regarding real estate, financial products or services based on experience or market perception. Such opinions are of a general, informational nature and are intended as food for thought, not as specific recommendations or advice.
Doktorhaus accepts no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of these opinions. Users are urged to verify all information independently and to base their decisions on thorough own research and advice from qualified professionals.
Doktorhaus is not liable for losses or damages that arise directly or indirectly from the opinions expressed or from user actions based on them.
§ 5 User Responsibility
Users are required to scrutinise all information received and to base any investment or financial decisions on their own judgement and risk appetite.
Users acknowledge that financial investments involve risks and that Doktorhaus does not provide advice or recommendations for specific investment decisions.
§ 6 Amendments to the GTC
Doktorhaus reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time without prior notice. The amended terms become effective as soon as they are published on the Doktorhaus website.
§ 7 Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
These GTC and all legal relationships between Doktorhaus and its users are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Doktorhaus.
